JULIANNE CROSS is a brooklyn-based actress, comedian, writer, and storyteller.
Julianne fell in love with comedy at an early age and honed her craft at The Upright Citizens Brigade. She performs monthly at The PIT Loft with her Boogiemanja sketch comedy team, Mom's Night Out, and has had the honor of performing improv at The Chicago Improv Festival, the Steelstacks Improv Comedy Festival, The Del Close Marathon, and the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival as well as numerous theaters around New York City.
She has appeared in productions at The New York International Fringe Festival and The Venus/Adonis Theater Festival, and has been featured in sketches for Above Average, The New Yorker, and Funny or Die. You can spot her in numerous commercials for companies such as Snickers, Synchrony Bank, and SeatGeek.
After 8 years in Corporate America and a chance encounter with Tina Fey (ask her about it!), Julianne decided to quit her "real job" and pursue her dreams. She wrote and starred in a web series based on the experience called Exit Strategy.
Julianne firmly believes ice cream is a food group.
Her childhood big break involved dressing as a bumble bee in a local pet store commercial. She's not bitter about it, but the Blind Melon girl totally stole her thunder.
